China's rural inclusive financial system development was studied in this paper from macro, meso, and micro per-spectives, along with reasons of rural inclusive financial system underdevelopment were concluded from legal system, institu-tion setting, and financial supply. Suggestions on rural inclusive financial system development were put forward in reference of foreign experiences.
