Farmers'Digital Literacy and Participation in Rural Digital Governance
Rural digital governance is an important guarantee for achieving social fairness and justice.It is of great significance to explore the problems related to farmers'participation in rural digital governance,which is conducive to promoting current rural development and rural revitalization.Based on the perspective of literature review,through combing the journal literature published at home and abroad,it is found that most of the existing academic research results on farmers'digital literacy and participation in rural digital governance mainly focus on the application of digital technology and network technology in rural areas.There are few papers that explore the digital literacy of farmers and their participation in rural digital governance.In addition,the current research status is commented and prospected,and it is believed that the rural digital governance in various regions should be carried out in a localized manner.At the same time,we need to focus on cultivating farmers'digital literacy and enthusiastically guide farmers to participate in rural digital governance work,so as to accelerate the establishment and improvement of a rural digital governance framework that is in line with the actual needs of rural areas and improve the level of digital governance.
