硒缓解水稻镉胁迫的研究进展

Cd污染问题对现代农业可持续发展和农产品质量安全构成严重威胁,稻米Cd污染防治是全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的任务之一,已成为迫切需要解决的重大生态环境问题.Se是人与动物必需的微量元素之一,Se对重金属可以产生拮抗作用,阻挡重金属对植物的危害,被誉为"重金属的天然解毒剂".施用Se肥能减轻Cd对水稻生长的毒害,降低水稻对Cd的吸收,然而其机理机制尚无定论.针对Cd对水稻的危害、Se对水稻中Cd含量的影响作用进行分析,总结并论述现阶段Se对水稻Cd胁迫的缓解作用,以期制定相应措施降低Cd对水稻的毒害,进而提升稻米品质,保障人民身体健康.
Cd pollution poses a serious threat to sustainable development of modern agriculture and the quality and safety of agricultural products.The prevention and control of Cd pollution in rice is one of the key tasks in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and has become a major ecological and environmental problem that needs to be addressed urgently.Se is one of the essential trace elements for humans and animals,and it can antagonize heavy metals,block the damage of heavy metals to plants,and is known as a"natural antidote to heavy metals".The application of Se fertilizer can alleviate the toxicity of Cd to rice growth and reduce the absorption of Cd by rice.However,its mechanism is still inconclusive.The paper analyzed the harm of Cd to rice and the effect of Se on Cd content in rice,summarized and expounded the alleviating effect of Se on Cd stress in rice at present,so as to formulate corresponding measures to reduce the toxicity of Cd to rice,improve the quality of rice,and ensure people's health.
