滩羊红外热成像温度与直肠温度的关系研究

为提高对羊场滩羊健康、发情、应激和疫病的监测预警能力,实现滩羊体温的快速、非接触、无应激获取,采集50只6月龄母滩羊直肠温度,以及特征区域眼睛、耳朵和鼻子红外热成像(Infrared thermography,IRT)温度数据,研究利用局部IRT温度替代体温(直肠温度)的测量方法.通过统计分析发现,直肠温度和眼睛IRT温度离散度较小、稳定性较强,眼睛IRT温度受直肠温度影响最大,与直肠温度呈显著正相关关系,也最接近直肠温度且方便测量.因此,将眼睛作为滩羊红外热成像测温部位,采用线性模型和多项式数学模型构建滩羊IRT温度与直肠温度关系模型,并进行测试组数据拟合比较,结果表明,线性模型平均绝对误差为 0.215℃,平均相对误差为0.548%,拟合度最优,精准度最高,可用于检测滩羊体温.
Relationship between Infrared Thermal Imaging Temperature and Rectal Temperature of Tan Sheep
In order to improve the monitoring and early warning ability of health,estrus,stress and epidemic diseases of Tan sheep in sheep farms,and to achieve rapid,non-contact and stress-free acquisition of Tan sheep body temperature,50 six-month-old Tan ewes were collected,and the rectal temperature and characteristic Infrared thermography(IRT)temperature data of eyes,ears and nose were collected to study the measurement method of using local IRT temperature instead of body temperature(rectal temperature).Through statistical analysis,it was found that the rectal temperature and eye IRT temperature have small dispersion and strong stability.The eye IRT temperature is most affected by the rectal temperature,which is significantly positively correlated with the rectal temperature,and is also the closest to the rectal temperature and easy to measure.Therefore,the eye is used as the temperature measurement site for Tan sheep infrared thermal imaging,and then the linear model and polynomial mathematical model are used to construct the relationship model between Tan sheep IRT temperature and rectal temperature,and the test group data fitting comparison found that the average absolute error of the linear model is 0.215℃,The average relative error is 0.548%,and the fitting degree is the best and the accuracy is the highest,which can be used to detect the body temperature of Tan sheep.
