脱贫攻坚后产业振兴赋能乡村振兴的拓展研究——以宁夏平罗县高仁乡六顷地村为例

摘要
为进一步巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,以宁夏平罗县高仁乡六顷地村为例,通过实地走访及问卷调查,系统调研六顷地村发展状况,特别研究如何依托龙头企业、专业合作社、电商平台等,大力发展宁夏特色乡村富民产业,建设宜居宜业和美乡村,全面推进乡村振兴.针对巩固脱贫攻坚成果与产业振兴赋能乡村振兴,提出具有可行性的对策建议,推动各产业提质增效,提升脱贫地区自我发展能力.
Abstract
In order to consolidate and extend the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connect with rural revitalization,this paper takes Liuqingdi Village,Gaoren Township,Pingluo County,Ningxia as an example.Through field visits and questionnaires,the paper systematically investigates the development of Liuqingdi Village,especially how to rely on leading enterprises,specialized cooperatives,e-commerce platforms,etc..To vigorously develop the characteristic rural rich industries in Ningxia,build a livable and business-friendly and beautiful countryside,and promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Aiming at consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and industrial revitalization empowering rural revitalization,the paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of various industries,and enhance the self-development capacity of poverty-stricken areas.
