摘要
以宁夏农村人居环境整治工作为专题研究对象,聚焦农村厕所革命、农村生活垃圾治理、农村生活污水治理、村庄清洁行动及健全后期管理运维机制等重点任务,认真总结当前宁夏农村人居环境整治的做法及取得的成效,客观系统地分析相关部门在推进农村人居环境整治提升工作中存在的问题,并针对性地提出宁夏农村人居环境整治提升的对策和建议.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the rural living environment remediation work in Ningxia as the research topic,with a particular emphasis on key tasks such as the rural toilet revolution,rural solid waste management,rural domestic sewage treatment,village clean-up actions,and the establishment of a sound post-management and operation mechanism.The paper summarizes the current practices and effectiveness of rural living environment remediation in Ningxia,objectively and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the promotion of the improvement of rural living environment remediation,and provides targeted strategies and recommendations for enhancing the rural living environment remediation in Ningxia.
