宁夏中部干旱区露地甘薯栽培适应性比较研究

Comparative Study on Adaptability of Sweet Potato Cultivation in Open Field in Arid Areas of Central Ningxia

为丰富宁夏干旱区适宜栽种的甘薯品种,实现区域甘薯产业高质高效持续发展,以收集的国内外 23 个甘薯品种为材料,对植株农艺性状、甘薯产量、甘薯品质、栽培适应性等多指标进行比较分析.结果表明,徐薯25、苏薯 8号、安平一号、济薯26号、徐薯 55-1、安纳芋、徐薯27、岩薯5 号8 个品种为早熟品种,9 月中旬为最佳采收期.徐薯28 和烟薯25 号2 个品种9 月中旬至10月初采收均可;其他品种为中晚熟品种,适宜 10 月初采收.烟薯25号、川薯产量高(单株产量分别为2518 g、2295 g),综合品质较好.济薯 26 号和徐薯55-2 产量及可溶性糖含量(分别为 3.32%和3.25%)、富硒方面均有优势,适宜开发本地区鲜食品种;徐紫 8 号、徐紫 5 号 2个紫薯品种产量均不高;徐紫8号粗纤维含量低,硒含量较高;徐紫5 号淀粉含量较高.烟薯25 号、川薯、济薯26号和徐薯55-2可作为宁夏干旱区域甘薯推荐种植品种.
In order to achieve the renewal and diversity of sweet potato varieties in the arid area of Ningxia,23 sweet potato varieties at home and abroad were used as materials.Through comparative analysis of agronomic characteristics,biomass accumulation characteristics,yield,quality and cultural adaptability,it was concluded that eight varieties,Xushu 25,Sushu No.8,Anping No.1,Jishu No.26,Xushu 55-1,Annayu,Xushu 27 and Yanshu No.5,were early maturing varieties,and the best harvest time was in the middle of September;Among them,Xushu 28 and Yanshu No.25 can be harvested from mid September to early October,and other varieties are mid late maturity varieties,harvested in early October.Yanshu No.25 and Chuanshu have high yield(2 518 g and 2 295 g per plant respectively)and good comprehensive quality,which are recommended varieties for planting in northwest arid areas;Jishu No.26 and Xushu 55-2 have advantages in yield,soluble sugar content(3.32%and 3.25%,respectively)and selenium enrichment,which are suitable for developing fresh food varieties in this region;The yield of the two purple potato varieties is not high.Xuzi No.8 has low crude fiber content and is rich in selenium.Xuzi No.5 has high starch content.Yanshu No.25,Chuanshu,Jishu No.26 and Xushu 55-2 can be recommended as preferred cultivars of sweet potato for arid areas of Ningxia.
