Water resources are an important resource indispensable for human survival and development.With the rapid development of economy and society,the continuous advancement of urbanization,the rapid population growth,and the continuous development of industry and agriculture,the consumption of water resources has been further accelerated,exacerbating the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.Water shortage has always been a prominent problem in China's environmental protection.By deeply analyzing the current situation and problems of water resources conservation and utilization in Hutubi County,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and measures and methods to strengthen water resources protection are actively explored to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources.
