摘要
通过对隆德县及下辖13 个乡镇植保体系的调查研究,系统阐述隆德县各级植保机构设置、承担职能、人员队伍等现状,深入分析隆德县植保体系建设存在的问题及产生原因,并提出针对性的对策及建议.
Abstract
Based on the investigation and research on the plant protection system of Longde County and its 13 subordinate townships,this paper systematically describes the current situation of plant protection agencies at all levels in Longde County,the functions they undertake,and the personnel team.It deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of plant protection system in Longde County,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
