大球盖菇菌丝生长预测模型构建研究

大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulata)是联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的食用菌栽培品种之一,在四川、云南等省(区)已有大规模栽培生产,发展势头强劲.菌丝体是食用菌的营养器官,栽培过程中观察菌丝生长特点特征是进行栽培管理判断的重要表征指标.食用菌菌丝生长预测模型可以用来研究不同生长条件和环境变化对食用菌菌丝生长趋势的影响.采用Logistic、Gompertz生长模型对大球盖菇菌丝生长进行拟合分析,探究大球盖菇菌丝生长发育规律,构建 10℃和20℃条件下大球盖菇菌丝生长预测模型,用评价指标进行模型评价,Gompertz模型R2 为0.9952 和0.9947,并分析模型的有效性.研究结果表明,Gompertz模型是对大球盖菇菌丝生长曲线拟合的最佳模型.开展大球盖菇菌丝生长预测模型构建研究,为大球盖菇菌丝生长发育的相关研究提供理论支持,对我国食用菌产业向数字化、智能化方向发展有一定积极意义.
Research on Mycelia Growth Prediction Model Construction of Stropharia rugosoannulata
As one of the edible mushroom cultivars recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO),the mushroom has been cultivated and produced on a large scale in many provinces and regions such as Sichuan and Yunnan,and its development momentum is strong.Mycelium is the nutritive organ of edible fungi.Observing the characteristics of mycelium growth during cultivation is an important index to judge cultivation management.The prediction model of edible fungi mycelia growth can be used to study the effects of different growth conditions and environmental changes on the growth trend of edible fungi mycelia.In this paper,two growth models,Logistic and Gompertz,were used to carry out fitting analysis on mycelia growth,explore the growth and development rules of mycelia,and build mycelia growth prediction models under 10℃and 20℃.The R2 of Gompertz model is 0.995 2 and 0.994 7,and the validity of the model is analyzed.The results showed that Gompertz model was the best model to fit the mycelia growth curve of mushroom.This study provides theoretical support for the related research of mycelia growth and development of mushroom,and has certain positive significance for the development of edible mushroom industry to digital intelligence.
