摘要
宁夏黄花菜特色优势显著,至2022年种植面积为0.53万hm2 左右,3年以上盛花期采收面积为0.35万hm2,占种植面积的65%,中部干旱带的盐池县和红寺堡区是宁夏黄花菜的主产区.目前,黄花菜生产存在种植品种单一、晾晒加工设施不足、栽培技术水平不高、劳动密集型特征突出、产品单一、竞争优势不强等问题,建议从加大标准化基地建设、提升种植技术水平、提高杀青晒干效率和水平、进一步培育新型经营主体、提升品牌效应等方面加以解决.
Abstract
The characteristic advantages of daylily in Ningxia are significant,with the planting area reaching approximately 5 300 hectares by 2022,and the harvest area in full bloom period of their third year or above reaching 3 500 hectares,accounting for 65%of the planting area.Yanchi County and Hongsipu District in the arid belt of central Ningxia are the main production areas of daylily in Ningxia.However,in daylily production,there are problems such as a single planting variety,insufficient drying and processing facilities,low cultivation technology level,a labor-intensive characteristic,a single product,and a weak competitive advantage,etc..It is suggested that these problems be solved by strengthening standardized base construction,improving cultivation technology,improving the efficiency and level of drying,further cultivating new types of business entities,and enhancing brand effects.
