乡村振兴背景下农村女性创业的实践与困境

摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进,农民创业势头愈发强劲,尤其是农村女性创业受到社会广泛关注,但现实中仍需面对诸多问题.通过对宁夏农村女性个人创业过程的阐述,分析农村女性在创业过程中面临的各种困境.研究发现,个人综合素质、家庭约束、性别歧视、社会资本匮乏及服务平台的不足均会对农村女性创业造成困扰,阻碍农村女性作出创业决策或影响其创业过程.基于此,提出推动农村女性创业发展的对策和建议,希望对农村女性创业有所帮助.
Abstract
With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the momentum of farmers'entrepreneurship is getting stronger and stronger,especially rural women's entrepreneurship has been widely concerned by the society,but it still needs to face many problems in practice.Through the elaboration of the process of individual entrepreneurship of rural women in Ningxia,the various difficulties that rural women face in the process of entrepreneurship are analyzed.The study found that individual comprehensive quality,family constraints,gender discrimination,lack of social capital and insufficient service platforms will cause problems for rural women's entrepreneurship,hinder rural women's entrepreneurial decision-making or affect their entrepreneurial process.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions to promote rural women's entrepreneurship are put forward,aiming at providing reference for rural women's entrepreneurship.
