摘要
牛奶产业是宁夏"六特"产业之一,近年来在转型升级中进入了高质量发展新时代,宁夏乳品品质正跻身世界乳业品质"第一方阵".但产业发展中饲草缺口大,供给结构不平衡,市场预期不稳定,产业链不完整等问题仍比较突出.对此,提出健全优质饲草料供应体系,加快奶源基地扩规提档,构建现代加工流通体系,推进绿色生态健康养殖等对策建议,从而进一步促进牛奶产业高质量发展.
Abstract
Milk industry is one of the"six special"industries in Ningxia,in recent years in the transformation and upgrading it has entered a new era of high-quality development,Ningxia dairy quality is among the world's dairy quality"first phalanx".However,in the development of the industry,the forage gap is large,the supply structure is unbalanced,the market expectation is unstable,and the industrial chain is incomplete.In this regard,it is proposed to improve the quality forage supply system,accelerate the expansion of milk source base,build a modern processing and circulation system,and promote green ecological and healthy breeding,so as to further promote the high-quality development of the industry.
