Design and Implementation of Digital Twin System for Robotic Arm in Automated Agriculture
Under the strategic background of constructing digital modern agriculture,the design and implementation of digital twin system of robotic arm in automated agriculture is of great strategic significance to promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural informatization.In view of the traditional agricultural digital twin model staying in the digital large-screen stage,the design method of the digital twin system based on game engine UNITY for robotic arm in automated agriculture is discussed.Based on the Internet of Things and digital twin technology,the functions of 3D model modeling and rendering,near-real-time digital twin control and virtual and real interaction of robotic arm are realized.The development status of digital twin technology in the field of modern digital agriculture is summarized.The modeling method and principle of robot digital twin system with control are described in detail.The advantages of industrial robots based on digital twin technology in unmanned automated agriculture and remote operation and maintenance of agricultural systems are summarized.
