大豆玉米带状复合种植喷杆喷雾机研究进展

大豆和玉米是我国主要的粮油作物,为满足实际需求,中央一号文件多次提出大力发展大豆玉米带状复合种植技术,农业农村部也提出大力推进大豆玉米带状复合种植全程机械化.鉴于此,从当前大豆玉米带状复合种植的植保机械研究现状出发,阐述了大豆玉米带状复合种植植保机械关键技术与部件、喷杆、国内外喷杆喷雾机研究现状,以及大豆玉米带状复合种植喷雾机现状,结合当前适用大豆玉米带状复合种植生产农艺要求,提出适应地区大豆玉米带状种植的植保机械设计策略及关键技术,旨在为复合种植模式的喷杆喷雾机设计、应用提供参考,为其大面积应用推广提供技术支撑.
Research Progress of Rod Sprayer for Soybean and Corn Strip Compound Planting
Soybeans and corn are the main grain and oil crops in China,in order to meet the actual needs,the central government document No.1 has repeatedly proposed to vigorously develop soybean and corn belt composite planting technology,and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has also proposed to vigorously promote the mechanization of soybean and corn belt composite planting.Based on the current research status of plant protection machinery for soybean and corn strip compound planting,the key technologies and components of plant protection machinery for soybean and corn strip compound planting,spray rod,research status of rod sprayer at home and abroad,and the status of soybean and corn strip compound planting sprayer are described.In combination with the current agronomic requirements for soybean and corn strip compound planting production,the design strategy and key technology of plant protection machinery adapted to regional soybean and corn belt planting are put forward.It can provide reference for the design and application of rod sprayer in compound planting mode,and provide technical support for large-scale application and promotion.
