Effect of Exogenous Brassinolide on Fruit Quality of Wine Grape"Merlot"
Exogenous brassinolide(EBR)with concentrations of 0.2,0.4 and 0.6 mg·L-1 were sprayed on the whole plant of wine grape"merlot"before the color transformation stage to study the effects of different mass concentrations of EBR on fruit quality with distilled water spray as control. The results showed as follows:At 60~70 days after flowering,0.2,0.4 and 0.6 mg·L-1 EBR treatments all increased the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and 100 grain weight of fruit, and the 100 grain weights of 0.6 mg·L-1 EBR treatments at 60,70 days after flowering was 1.06 times and 1.16 times that of control, respectively. The contents of total sugar, sucrose and reducing sugar were all increased by EBR treatments with different mass concentrations. The content of total sugar in 0.6 mg·L-1 treatment was higher than those in other treatments 80 to 110 days after floweing. In summary,EBR application can promote berry ripening and improve fruit quality, and 0.6 mg·L-1 EBR treatment has the best effect.
