Effects of Biological Organic Fertilizer on Yield,Quality and Soil Nutrients of Toona sinensis in Facilities
The effects of different amounts of bio-organic fertilizer as base fertilizer on soil nutrients,yield and quality of Toona sinensis were studied by introduction and cultivation experiment in facilities.The results showed that compared with no application of bio-organic fertilizer,the number of branches and leaves of Toona sinensis treated with bio-organic fertilizer significantly increased,and the bud yield and quality of Toona sinensis treated with bio-organic fertilizer increased.With the increase of the application amount of bio-organic fertilizer,the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in leaves of Toona sinensis increased first,then decreased and then increased.The contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in 0~20 cm soil layer of root layer significantly increased.Considering comprehensively the bud yield,quality,leaf nutrient accumulation and soil fertility,the recommended bio-organic fertilizer application amount is 60 000~90 000 kg·hm-2.
