摘要
通过对宁夏西干渠基础设施现代化改造提升建设,运行管理、渠系安全和生态环境方面的变化,以及建设成效的分析,总结管理经验与做法,以期对今后水利工程基础设施管理提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
The modernization and upgrading of infrastructure construction of Ningxia West Trunk Canal,the changes in operation management,canal system safety and ecological environment,as well as the results of construction are analyzed,and management experience and practices are summarized in order to provide certain reference for future water conservancy project infrastructure management.
