Genetic Diversity Analysis of Introduced Color Potato Germplasm Resources
SSR molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity of 30 introduced colored potato germplasm, and to identify the genetic relationships of colored potato germplasm resources. The results showed that 30 germplasm resources were amplified by 17 SSR primers and 139 target bands were obtained, with an average of 8.176 5 bands per pair of primers. The polymorphism information content(PIC)ranged from 0.492 2 to 0.998 9,with an average of 0.781 7,among which primers S038 and STM0037 had the highest PIC and the lowest number of bands.UPGMA clustering analysis showed that the tested materials could be divided into three groups at the genetic similarity coefficient SM=0.428,7(Heimei)and 29(192306)clustered into groupⅠ,19[Heimeiren(Ningxia)]and 22[Yuan Heimeiren(Xi'an)]clustered into group Ⅱ,and the remaining 26 materials clustered into group Ⅲ.At the genetic similarity coefficient SM=0.484,Group Ⅲ was divided into two subgroups,Ⅲ-A group[12(Heimeiren(Gansu),13(Hongcai),24(Wuyangyu Caishu)and 25(Nanjue Shu)]andⅢ-B group(other 22 materials). The genetic background of Group Ⅰ was different from Group Ⅱ and GroupⅢ,which could be used as parent or intermediate material for breeding new color potato varieties.
