Progress in Predicting Early Hematoma Expansion in Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage Based on CT Plain Scan Signs
Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is a serious acute cerebrovascular disease, most patients may experience hematoma expansion early in the course of the disease, which can progressively aggravate neurologi-cal impairment and poor prognosis,so it is crucial to predict hematoma expansion objectively and accurately and to provide individualized and targeted treatment as early as possible. As the gold standard for the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage,CT is able to visualize cerebral hemorrhage, and it is of great clinical value to predict early hematoma expansion based on CT signs. This article reviews the research progress of CT plain scan signs for predicting hematoma expansion, aiming to provide objective reference for clinicians to quickly and accurately determine the condition of patients and actively intervene in treatment.
