水凝胶支架材料在牙髓再生中的应用现状

牙髓炎和根尖周疾病是常见的口腔疾病,目前常采取的治疗方法是根管治疗,但根管治疗难以恢复牙髓的结构和功能,且经根管治疗后的牙齿会变脆、变色,并易因微渗漏导致牙齿折断和(或)再感染.因此,牙髓再生组织工程技术是目前解决根管治疗并发症的有效方法之一.支架是组织工程的三要素之一,其性能直接影响组织再生的效果.在众多支架材料中,水凝胶由于其生物相容性、一定的机械韧性、可降解性和流变性等优势,被广泛应用于牙髓再生.水凝胶在药物输送、促使牙髓再生等方面表现出了独特的优势.本研究就近年来水凝胶支架材料在牙髓再生中的应用现状进行综述.
Application Status of Hydrogel Scaffold Materials in Dental Pulp Regeneration
Pulpitis and periapical diseases are common oral diseases,and the commonly used treatment method is root canal therapy.However,it is difficult to restore the structure and function of the dental pulp,and after root canal therapy the teeth will become brittle,discolored,and be prone to tooth fracture and/or reinfection due to microleakage.Pulp regeneration tissue engineering technology is currently one of the effective methods to solve the complications of root canal therapy.Among them,the scaffold is one of the three elements of tissue engineering,and its performance directly affects the effect of tissue regeneration.Among many scaffolds materials,hydrogel is widely used in dental pulp regeneration due to its biocompatibility,certain mechanical toughness,degradability and rheological properties.Hydrogels have shown unique advantages in drug delivery and pulp regeneration.This article reviews the application status of hydrogel scaffolds in dental pulp regeneration in recent years.
