目的 探讨精神分裂症患者负性生活事件、复发与社会支持之间的关系,以及社会支持在负性生活事件与复发之间的调节作用.方法 采用便利抽样法,抽取宁夏精神卫生中心门诊就诊的215例精神分裂症患者.采用社会再适应评定量表(SRRS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、临床总体印象-严重程度量表(CGI-S)、Morisky药物依从性量表-8(MMAS-8)分别对负性生活事件、社会支持、复发、疾病严重程度和药物依从性进行测量.采用Spearman相关分析探讨负性生活事件、复发和社会支持之间的相关性,采用二元Logistic回归分析探讨一般资料、负性生活事件、社会支持对复发的影响,采用SPSS PROCESS 3.4探讨社会支持对负性生活事件与复发的调节作用.结果 负性生活事件与复发呈正相关(P＜0.01),主观社会支持、客观社会支持和社会支持均与复发呈负相关(P均＜0.05).主观社会支持在负性生活事件和复发之间的调节作用显著(P＜0.01).结论 负性生活事件和社会支持均与精神分裂症复发密切相关,主观社会支持在负性生活事件和复发之间起到调节作用.
Stressful Life Events and Relapse in Schizophrenia:the Moderating Effect of Social Support
Objective To explore the relationship among stressful life events,relapse,and social support,and the moderating effect of social support on the association between stressful life events and relapse in schizophre-nia.Methods Using convenience sampling method,215 patients with schizophrenia who visited outpatient clinics in Ningxia Mental Health Center were selected.The social readjustment rating scale(SRRS),social sup-port rating scale(SSRS),brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),clinical global impressions-severity scale(CGI-S),and Morisky medication adherence scales-8(MMAS-8)were used to measure stressful life events,social sup-port,relapse,disease severity,and medication adherence,respectively.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship among stressful life events,relapse,and social support.Binary Logistic regression was used to explore the effects of general information,stressful life events,and social support on relapse.SPSS PRO-CESS 3.4 was used to investigate the moderating effect of social support on stressful life events and relapse.Results Stressful life events was positively correlated with relapse(P＜0.01).Subjective social support,ob-jective social support and social support were negatively correlated with relapse(P all＜0.05).Subjective social support played a significant role in moderating the relationship between stressful life events and relapse(P＜0.01).Conclusion Both stressful life events and social support are closely related to the relapse of schizophrenia,and subjective social support plays a moderating role between stressful life events and relapse.
