"Guiding fire to origin"originated from the theory of ministerial fire,is an important theory for understanding and explaining human physiology and pathology.The physiological characteristics of breast with much Qi and blood determined the easiness to turn into fire following Yang,though understanding locally advanced breast cancer from the perspective of"guiding fire to origin".Ministerial fire madness and the combination with the local pathological factors of the breast would form the evil fire.The whole pathological process includes three aspects:Ministerial fire madness,blazing evil fire and deficiency of Yin and Yang.Yinhuo Decoction,Fengsui Pill were considered to be available as supplemental treatment to improve body condition,and external treatment was also available to clear the evil fire away.
