2型糖尿病患者不同HbA1c水平与甲状腺激素代谢的关系

目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者甲状腺激素水平的影响.方法 选取宁夏某三甲医院2020年1月至2023年1月就诊的T2DM患者168例作为研究对象,采用多重线性回归分析HbA1c水平与甲状腺激素代谢的关系.结果 女性游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平低于男性(P<0.05);不同HbA1c水平的FT3、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).多重线性回归分析显示:HbA1c与FT3、TSH水平呈负相关(P均<0.01);HbA1c与FT4水平呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 T2DM患者不同HbA1c水平能够影响甲状腺激素代谢.
Relationship between Different HbA1c Levels and Thyroid Hormone Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To investigate the effect of HbA1c on thyroid hormone levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,168 T2DM patients from a top-three hospital in Ningxia from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the relationship between HbA1c levels and thyroid hormone metabolism was analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The level of FT3 in females was lower than that in males(P<0.05),The differences in FT3,FT4,and TSH levels among different HbA1c levels were statistically significant(P all<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that HbA1c was negatively correlated with FT3 and TSH levels(Pall<0.01);HbA1c was positively correlated with FT4 levels(P<0.01).Conclusion Different HbA1c levels in T2DM patients can affect thyroid hormone metabolism.
