Objective To investigate the correlation between AMH and its receptor(AMHR Ⅱ)with repeated implantation failure.Methods Thirty patients who underwent IVF-ET and experienced repeated implantation failure were selected as the experimental group,and 30 patients with clinical pregnancy after the first cycle of fresh embryo transfer were chosen as the control group.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression levels of AMH and AMHR Ⅱ mRNA in endometrium of each group.Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of AMH and AMHR Ⅱ protein in endometrium of each group.Results The expression levels of AMH mRNA and protein in endometrium of RIF group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05);the expression levels of AMHR Ⅱ mRNA and protein in endometrium of RIF group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion AMH and its receptor may be correlated with the occurrence of repeated implantation failure.
