Application of reproductive immune antibody detection on female infertility with reproductive tract infection
Objective To explore the application value of reproductive immune antibody detection on female infertility with re-productive tract infection. Methods The clinical data of 136 women with infertility of childbearing age were retrospectively analyzed,in-cluding 74 cases with reproductive tract infection(infection group)and 62 cases without reproductive tract infection(non-infection group). The differences in detection status of serum antisperm antibody(ASAb),endometrial antibody(EMAb),anti-ovarian antibody(AOAb)and anticardiolipin antibody(ACAb)were compared between two groups, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of serum ASAb,EMAb,AOAb and ACAb on infertility with reproductive tract infec-tion,and the detection status of serum ASAb,EMAb,AOA and ACAb were recorded among patients with different pathogen infections. Results The positive rates and levels of serum ASAb,EMAb,AOAb and ACAb in infection group were significantly higher than those in non-infection group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis revealed that the AUC values of serum ASAb,EMAb,AOAb and ACAb in the di-agnosis of infertility with reproductive tract infection were respectively 0.972,0.945,0.968 and 0.862(P<0.05).In infection group, there were no statistically significant differences in the positive expression rates of serum ASAb,EMAb,AOAb and ACAb among patients with different pathogen infections(P>0.05).Conclusion ASAb,EMAb,AOAb and ACAb have high diagnostic efficiency on female infertility with reproductive tract infection and have high clinical application value.
