Clinical effect analysis of different non-surgical therapeutic regimen in adenomyosis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different non-surgical therapeutic regimenin adenomyosis. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with adenomyosis treated with non-operation were retrospectively analyzed.According to the attending physician and the therapeutic regimen choosed by patients, they were divided into group A(LNG-IUS group,50 cases),group B(GnRH-a+LNG-IUS group,50 cases)and group C(dienogest group,30 cases). The changes of uterine volume, menstrual vol-ume,relief of dysmenorrhea symptoms, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed before and after treatment in each group to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The uterine volume of group B was lower than that of group A and group A was lower than that of group C at all time points after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of group C was lower than that of group A at all time points after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and PBAC score of group B were lower than those of group A at 3 and 6 months after treatment, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The PBAC score of group C was lower than that of group B at 3 and 6 months after treatment, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).PBAC score in group C was lower than that in group A at 12 months and 24 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group C and group A in the occurrence of irregular bleeding(P>0.05).Conclusion Although all three groups of treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms, the GnRH-a+LNG-IUS group is the most effectiveve.
