Analysis of the levels and influencing factors of vitamin D and homocysteine in pregestational women
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of vitamin D and homocysteine levels in pregesta-tional women. Methods A total of 405 women of childbearing age who underwent pre-pregnancy health examination were selected as the research subjects.Binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency and hyperhomocys-teinemia.Results The levels of vitamin D and homocysteine were 13.04(10.30,16.48)ng/ml and 9.6(8.0,11.5)μmol/L before pregnancy.Binary logistic regression showed that:Vitamin D deficiency was associated with age<35(OR = 2.491,95%CI:1.181~5.255)and summer(OR =0.235,95%CI:0.066~0.834).Self-payment(OR =6.501,95%CI:2.501~16.900)and risk in MTHFR testing(OR =17.933,95%CI:3.916~82.124)were the influencing factors of hyperhomocysteinemia. Conclusion The rate of vitamin D deficiency and average level of homocysteine are high in women before pregnancy in Yinchuan city.It is necessary to pay attention to the supplementation of vitamin D and control of homocysteine level in women before pregnancy to ensure perinatal health.
