Effects of quality on clinical efficacy online video feedback for early intervention on monotonic torsion movements
Objective To explore online video feedback total body motion quality assessment(GMA)for early prediction of high-risk children as monotonic wiggle movement,and to implement doctor-home combined early intervention to observe its clinical effect.Methods 127 high-risk infants who were treated in the high-risk pediatric outpatient clinic and had GMA of monotone twis-ting motion 45 weeks before correction gestational age were reported by wechat online video,including 61 males and 66 females,and five cases lost following-up;the patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=60)by coin toss.The control group was given routine health care management for high-risk infants,and the observation group was given wechat online video feedback for doctor-family combined early intervention based on routine health care management.The Alberta Infant Exercise Scale was evaluated at the corrected gestational age of three months and ten months,and the pediatric heart Rating Scale was evaluated at the age of 12 months and 0-6 years,respectively,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the AIMS scores of the Alberta Infant Exercise Scale at three months of corrected gestational age between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 10 months of corrected gestational age,the total score of AIMS assessed by Alberta Infant Exercise Scale in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the difference in percentile com-parison was also statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of adaptive ability and social behavior in 12 months aged 0-6 years were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Through wechat online video feedback,timely medical and family combined early intervention can effectively improve the motor,adaptation and social behavior a-bility of high-risk children with abnormal GMA results,and it is suitable for promotion in the management of high-risk children.
