Effect of miaoshujinhuoluo decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on coagulation function in patients after hip joint replacement
Objective To analyze the effect of Shujinhuoluo decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on blood coagulation function in patients after hip replacement surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients after hip arthroplasty were enrolled, they were randomly divided into control group(treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium,n=40)and experimental group(trea-ted with Shujinhuoluo decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium,n=40).The levels of coagulation and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. The levels of inflammation, immune function and the incidence of lower extremity thrombosis(DVT)were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the prothrombin time(PT)was longer and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and platelet aggrega-tion rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),tumor nec-rosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the levels of CD3+and CD4+,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients after hip arthro-plasty,the effect of self-made Shujinhuoluo decoction and low molecular weight heparin sodium is good, which can alleviate the damage of coagulation function, improve the hemorheology state and prevent the occurrence of DVT.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
