强脉冲激光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果分析

摘要
目的 分析强脉冲激光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果.方法 共纳入88例中重度痤疮患者,利用随机数字表法进行分组,其中44例实施强脉冲激光治疗的患者纳入对照组,其余44例实施强脉冲激光+解毒痤疮丸治疗的患者列为观察组.对比2组患者的炎症因子、炎症性皮损疗效、痤疮瘢痕疗效、治疗满意度及不良反应.结果 在血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平上,观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).在炎症性皮损有效率、痤疮瘢痕有效率及治疗满意度方面,观察组均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 强脉冲激光+解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的效果良好,有利于降低炎症因子水平,提高治疗满意度,临床可进一步推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intense pulse laser combined with detoxification acne pills in the treat-ment of moderate to severe acne.Methods 88 patients with moderate to severe acne were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.44 patients who were treated by intense pulsed laser combined with detoxification acne pills were classified as observation group.The inflammatory factors,the curative effect of inflammatory skin lesion,the curative effect of acne scar,the treatment satisfaction and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum IL6(IL-6)and Interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of in-flammatory skin lesion,acne scar and treatment satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed laser combined with detoxification acne pills is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe ac-ne,which is beneficial to decrease the level of inflammatory factors and improve the treatment satisfaction.
