Clinical study on rehabilitation treatment of individual type 2 diabetes under the guidance of cardiopulmonary exercise test
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of individualized exercise rehabilitation training guided by cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 100 T2DM patients were collected and di-vided into ob serotion group and contron group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group carried out the exercise re-habilitation training and the patients in the observation group formulated individualized exercise prescriptions according to the results of CPET.The blood glucose,lipid metabolism,islet β-cell function,lung function,exercise ability and pulmonary gas exchange parameters were compared before intervention and after 3 months intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,all blood glucose indicators in the observation group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)and body mass index(BMI)of patients in the observation group significantly decreased(P<0.05).High density lipoprotein(HDL)was significantly higher than gefore intervention(P<0.05).The insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of patients in the obser-vation group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The pancreatic islet β cell function iIndex(HOMA-β)and fasting insulin(FINS)of patients in the observation group significantly increased(P<0.05).After3 months of intervention,all pulmonary functionindexes of patients in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After3 months of intervention,except for maximum tidal volume(Vtmax)and respiratory quotient(RQ),all exercise abilities and pulmonary gas exchange parameters of patients in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized exercise rehabilitation training for T2DM pa-tients under the guidance of CPET is obvious,which improves the scientific and safety of exercise training and helps to control blood glu-cose level and improve islets β cell function and lung function,increasing the physical fitness of patients,regulating their physical state,preventing or delaying the occurrence of complications,and have important clinical significance for improving the prognosis.
