Analysis on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with tuberculosis pulmonary ventilation dysfunction
Objective To study the characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with pulmonary ventilation dysfunction in primary pathogenetically positive tuberculosis(PTB).Methods A total of 193 patients were selected and di-vided into three groups according to their clinical diagnosis:60 patients in group A(simple chronic obstructive pulmonary group),72 pa-tients in group B(simple primary pathogenetic positive pulmonary tuberculosis group),and 61 patients in group C(chronic obstructive pulmonary group combined with primary pathogenetic positive pulmonary tuberculosis group).Pulmonary ventilation function examination was carried out for the three groups during hospitalization, and the pulmonary function indexes examined in the three groups were analyzed statistically. Results In obstructive ventilation dysfunction, the difference in the degree of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction of the three groups of patients is statistically significant(P<0.05).In restricted ventilation dysfunction, group C were moderate and severe patients(100.00%),and the difference in the degree of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction between patients in group B and group C was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The results of pulmonary ventilation function index and bronchial diastolic test of patients in the three groups were best in group B.Conclusion The highest proportion of obstructive ventilation dysfunction, and the best pulmonary ventila-tion function is in the simple primary treatment of pathogen-positive tuberculosis.Pulmonary function examination in patients with chro-nic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with primary pathogen-positive tuberculosis are necessary to provide a good reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
