The expression and clinical significance of LncRNA LIPCAR in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To study the expression of LncRNA LIPCAR in patients with chronic heart failure, and to explore the correlation between the expression level of LncRNA LIPCAR and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal proBNP precur-sor(NT proBNP)in serum, and its diagnostic efficacy in heart failure.Method A total of 80 inpatients were selected as study subjects based on the left ventricular ejection fraction values were divided into control group(n=20),heart failure ejection fraction reduction group(n=20),ejection fraction retention group(n=20)and ejection fraction median group(n=20).The levels of plasma LncRNA LIPCAR were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the level of NT proBNP were detected by double directimal flow immunoqs-say.Pearson linear correlation analysis was applied to examine the correlation between the levels of LncRNA LIPCAR,LVEF values and NT proBNP in heart failure patients and the predictive value of LncRNA LIPCAR combined with NT-proBNP and LVEF values for heart failure was compared according to the area under the curve(AUC)of the working characteristics(ROC)of the subjects. Results The LVEF value in patients with chronic heart failure were lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05).The levels of LncRNA LIPCAR in the group with decreased ejection fraction and in the group with intermediate ejection fraction in heart failure was significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).The level of LncRNA LIPCAR in patients with chronic heart failure was negatively correlated with LVEF values(P<0.05)and positively correlated with NT-proBNP(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of Ln-cRNA LIPCAR,NT-proBNP,and LVEF values alone and in combination of all three predicted the area under the ROC curve(AUC)for patients with chronic heart failure were respectively 0.910,0.989,0.847 and 1.000.Conclusion LncRNA LIPCAR is abnormally expressed in patients with decreased ejection fraction and median heart failure. The combination of NT proBNP and LVEF values has higher predictive value for the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure.
