[目的]建立240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨敏感种群的毒力基线,为抗性预测和监测提供依据.[方法]采用浸叶碟法和叶片残毒法,就240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨不同虫态进行毒力测定.[结果]240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨卵和幼螨的LC<,50>值分别为3.1886、15.1252 mg/L(制剂用量),对被处理雌成螨所产下卵的LC<,50>值为13.2495 mg/L(制剂用量).[结论]该药剂对二斑叶螨卵的毒性高于幼螨,对雌成螨的生殖力具有明显的抑制作用.
The Toxicity Testing of a Susceptible Strain of Tetranychus urticae to Spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC
[Aims] In order to forecast and monitor the resistance, log-dose probit-mortality data of spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC to the susceptible strain of Tetranychus urticae Koch in different stages was established. [Methods] The toxicity of spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC against Tetranychus urticae was tested using both leaf disk dip and leaf residue methods. [Results] The estimated LC50 for the eggs and larvaes were 3.1886 and 15.1252 mg/L, respectively. LC50 of eggs laid by treated female adults was 13.2495 mg/L. [Conclusions] Based on results of this study, eggs were more susceptible to spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC than larvaes. The compound colud control significantly reproductive capacity of female adults.
