草甘膦生产中甘氨酸的回收利用

[目的]探索一种草甘膦生产过程中回收甘氨酸的方法,提高草甘膦生产中甘氨酸的利用率.[方法]以酸化剂调节反应液的pH值,使生成的烯胺化合物分解还原为甘氨酸而析出溶液,过滤后回收该部分甘氨酸并用于下一批草甘膦合成.[结果]采用浓硫酸作为酸化剂可以达到较好的效果,可以将参加该副反应的甘氨酸回收55%左右.[结论]提高草甘膦生产中甘氨酸有效利用率达到87%.
Recycling of Glycine in Glyphosate Production
[Aims] A method of recycling glycine during the production of glyphosate was explor ated to improve the utilization rate of glycine. [Methods] The method was to adjust the solution pH value by acidifying agent to make the produced by-product intermediate enamine compound decompose and reduce glycine and then precipitate, the precipitation can be reused by filtration for next glyphosate synthesis. [Results] The strong sulfuric acid as acidification agent can achieve good effect, which can recover glycine taking part in the side effects around 55%. [Conclusions] Glycine effective utilization rate during the production of glyphosate reached 87%.
