黄皮甲醇提取物的除草活性及有效成分研究

[目的]研究黄皮甲醇提取物对稗草的除草活性及其除草有效成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱层析分离及活性跟踪的分离方法.[结果]生物测定结果表明:黄皮甲醇提取物对油菜、萝卜和稗草有很好的生物活性,表明其有效成分为anisolactone和2',3'-epoxyanisolactone,暂定为黄皮素内酯Ⅰ和黄皮素内酯Ⅱ.毒力测定结果表明:在80 mg/L时,对稗草根长、茎长和鲜质量的抑制率分别为96.00%、84.71%和89.85%.且回归方程的相关系数均达到0.99以上.[结论]黄皮甲醇提取物对稗草有很好的防治效果.
Research on Herbicide Activity and Active Constituent of the Methanolic Extract of Clausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels
[Aims] To study on the herbicide activity and active constituent of the methanolic extract of Clausena lansium(Lour.) SkeeJs. [Methods] By separating with silica column chromatography and TLC methods, guided by bioassay of herbicidal activity. [Results] Bioassay revealed that the leaf of C. lansium(Loiu.) Skeels was very excellent against E. crusgalli (L.) Beauv., two constituents were isolated from C. lansium, they were identified as anisolactone and 2',3'-epoxyanisolactone by spectroscopic methods. Bioassay results revealed that at the concentration of 80 mg/L, the inhibition rate of 2',3'-epoxyanisolactone against root growth, shoot growth and fresh weight of E. crusgalli (L.) Beauv were 96.00, 84.71 and 89.85% respectively. [Conclusions] The methanolic extract of C. lansium(Lour.)Skeels has good effect on E. crusgalli (L.).
