N-(4-烯丙基氧基-3-甲氧基苄基)-N-烷基磺酰胺类化合物的合成及其除草活性

[目的]为在新农药创制工作中,寻找高活性化合物.[方法]以香草醛为起始原料,经烷基化、缩合、还原、磺酰胺化4步反应,设计并合成了21个未经文献报道的N-(4-烯丙基氧基-3-甲氧基苄基)-N-烷基磺酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经核磁共振氢谱确证,并对合成的化合物进行了室内杀虫、杀菌、除草生物活性的筛选.[结果]初步的生物活性表明,该类化合物具有良好的除草活性,质量浓度为250 mg/L时,化合物C9、C10、C11、C15、C16、C17、C19、C21对苋菜的抑制率达100%.[结论]该类化合物值得进一步研究.
Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of N-(4-Ailyloxy-3-methoxy-benzyl)-N-alkyl Sulfonamides
[Aims] The paper aims to find new compounds with highly bioactivity.[Methods] 21 Novel compounds of N-(4-allyloxy-3-methyoxy-benzyl)-N-alkyl sulfonamides were designed and synthesized from the starting material of vanillic aldehyde.All the compounds were bioassayed against insect,fungi and herb.[Results] The structures of all compounds were confirmed by'H NMR.The preliminary assays showed that some compounds exhibited significant herbicidal activity.The inhibition rate of C9,C10,C11,C15,C16,C17,C19 and C21 to the Ambrosia tricolor reached 100% at the concentration of 250 mg/L.[Conclusions] It's worthy to further study this kind of compounds.
