摘要
[目的]指导白背飞虱的田间防治用药.[方法]采用稻茎浸渍法测定.[结果]吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、三唑磷、毒死蜱、溴氰菊酯、氰虫酰胺、阿维菌素、吡蚜酮、噻嗪酮对白背飞虱3龄若虫的毒力(LC50)分别为0.863 7、0.721 6、13.627 0、6.069 0、18.965 4、9.734 6、4.818 6、12.140 1、0.628 9 mg/L,这9种杀虫剂对白背飞虱成虫的毒力(LC50)分别为1.225 5、0.958 9、16.512 6、3.651 4、22.126 9、10.940 7、5.571 4、13.1177、0.945 2 mg/L.[结论]吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和噻嗪酮对白背飞虱相对毒力极高.若虫和成虫对同种药剂敏感度无显著差异.
Abstract
[Aims] The study aims to provide references for field control ofSogatellafurcifera (Horváth).[Methods] Rice stem impregnation method was conducted in this study.[Results] The results showed that the toxicity LC50 of imidacloprid,thiamethoxam,triazophos,chlorpyrifos,deltamethrin,cyantraniliprole,abamectin,pymetrozine and buprofezin to the third instar nymphs of WBPH were 0.863 7,0.721 6,13.627 0,6.069 0,18.965 4,9.734 6,4.818 6,12.140 1 and 0.628 9 mg/L,respectively.The LC50 values to adults were 1.225 5,0.958 9,16.512 6,3.651 4,22.126 9,10.940 7,5.571 4,13.117 7 and 0.945 2 mg/L,separately.[Conclusions] The relative toxicity of imidacloprid,thiamethoxam and buprofezin to Sogatellafurcifera (Horváth) was highest.The sensitivity of the identical insecticide to the third instar nymphs and adults of WBPH had no significant variation.
