24%螺螨酯·阿维菌素悬浮剂的制备及表征

[目的]制备24%螺螨酯·阿维菌素悬浮剂并对其性能进行表征.[方法]共毒系数法确定最佳复配比例;单因素优选法筛选助剂并结合正交试验优化得到最佳配方.[结果]螺螨酯和阿维菌素的最佳配比为23∶1;最佳配方:螺螨酯原药23.2%、阿维菌素原药1.1%、D305 7%、硅酸镁铝0.8%、丙三醇6%、消泡剂CF580 0.3%,蒸馏水补足100%.最佳加工工艺:制剂质量为10 g时,锆珠(d=1.2 mm)用量为17 mL,即锆珠体积是制剂质量的1.7倍,研磨时间为2.5 h.[结论]制备的产品各项指标均符合悬浮剂国家标准.
Preparation and Characterization of Spirodiclofen·Abamectin 24% SC
[Aims] The formula of spirodiclofen·abamectin 24% SC was prepared,and the performance was investigated.[Methods] The optimal mixing-ratio was determined by the co-toxicity coefficient method.The best formula was determined by single-factor test and orthogonal experiment.[Results] The optimal mixing-ratio of spirodiclofen and abamectin was 23∶1.The best formula was spirodiclofen TC 23.2%,abamectin TC 1.1%,D305 7%,magnesium aluminium silicate 0.8%,glycerin 6%,defoaming agent of CF580 0.3%,and distilled water making up to 100%.The optimal process was the volume of zirconium bead (d=1.2 mm) was 17 mL for 10 g of formulation,and the milling time was 2.5 h.[Conclusions] All specifications of the formulation meet the national standards for suspension concentrate.
