Residual Characteristics and Application of Diethofencarb in Cucumber and Soil

摘要
[目的]进一步明确乙霉威在黄瓜中的农药残留特征及残留降解规律,为制定残留限量提供依据.[方法]采用高效液相色谱方法,对乙霉威在黄瓜和土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留量进行研究,并对其在黄瓜上的安全使用进行评价.[结果]消解动态试验结果表明:乙霉威在黄瓜中的半衰期为0.7~4.4d,在土壤中的半衰期为0.4~2.7d.[结论]26%嘧霉胺·乙霉威水分散粒剂在黄瓜上用于防治黄瓜灰霉病,以乙霉威346、520g a.i./hm2连续喷药3~4次,安全间隔期3d,黄瓜中乙霉威残留量低于食品中农药最大残留限量国家标准要求(5.0 mg/kg).
Abstract
[Aims] In order to further clear the degradation characteristics and residue ofdiethofencarb in cucumber and to provide evidences for maximum residue limits.[Methods] The degradation dynamics and final residues of diethofencarb in cucumber and soil were studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[Results] The results showed that the half-lives ofdiethofencarb were 0.7-4.4 d in cucumber and 0.4-2.7 d in soil.[Conclusions] When diethofencarb 26% water dispersible granule was used on cucumber for 3-4 times at the dosage of 346 and 520 g a.i./ha,and safety interval was 3 d,diethofencarb residues in cucumber was below the maximum residue limits standard requirement (5.0 mg/kg).
