4种杀菌剂对浙江省不同地区的草莓灰霉病敏感性比较

摘要
[目的]通过室内毒力测定明确4种供试杀菌剂对浙江省不同地区草莓灰霉病敏感性比较.[方法]采用生长速率法.[结果]6个地区的草莓灰霉病病原菌对吡唑醚菌酯的EC50值范围为6.6510~ 11.5479 mg/L,异菌脲的EC新值范围为3.9502~60.4567 mg/L,嘧霉胺的EC50值范围为1.4992~6.3579 mg/L,四氟醚唑的EC50值范围为12.3805~14.2741 mg/L.[结论]浙江省不同地区的草莓灰霉病病原菌对供试杀菌剂敏感度次序依次为异菌脲>四氟醚唑>吡唑醚菌酯>嘧霉胺.
Abstract
[Aims] The study aims to confirm the sensitivity status of four fungicides to grey mould of strawber by laboratory bioassays,the tested grey mould strains were collected from six locations in Zhejiang province.[Methods] The mycelial growth rate methods were used to determine antimicrobial activity.[Results] Results showed that pyraclostrobin was highly potent to tested six field dominant populations of grey mould and its range of EC50 value was 6.6510-11.5479 mg/L.Followed by iprodione with EC50 value of 3.9502-60.4567 mg/L.Pyrimethanil had relatively low activity to tested grey mould strains with EC50 value of 1.4992-6.3579 mg/L.Tetraconazole showed the lowest potencies to four tested fungicides and the ranges of EC50 values was 12.3805-14.2741 mg/L.[Conclusions] In Zhejiang province,the potency order of field dominant populations to tested fungicides was iprodione > tetraconazole > pyraclostrobin > pydmethanil.
