不同种衣剂配方对新疆棉花立枯丝核菌的抑菌效果及对种子安全性的影响

Effects of Different Seed Coating Formulas on Bacteriostasis of Seedlings of Rhizoctonia solani in Xinjiang and Their Effects on Seed Safety

[目的]筛选出对棉花立枯丝核菌抑制效果好、能促进种子发芽和幼苗生长、对棉花立枯病防效高的自制种衣剂配方.[方法]通过室内离体平皿生长速率法测定抑菌率和室内种子包衣生测法及田间小区试验测定防效.[结果]在20种自制种衣剂中,M1、M11、M13、M14、M17对棉花立枯丝核菌的抑菌效果较好,EC50值分别为79.4、130.2、470.2、350.4、152.9 mg/L,经M1包衣处理后的棉种种子活力最高,M1的发芽势、发芽率、根冠比均最高,较CK1(市售)分别增加了5.08%、3.62%、28.89%;较CK2(不包衣处理)分别增加了24.63%、26.13%、68.59%,防效达72.75%,较CK1(市售)增加6.58%;其次是M11,发芽势、发芽率、根冠比较CK1(市售)无显著差异,较CK2(不包衣处理)分别增加了14.58%、18.19%、47.91%.[结论]M1种衣剂配方对棉花立枯丝核菌的抑制效果最好、对种子萌发、幼苗生长无抑制作用,安全性好,防效高,其次是M11种衣剂配方.
[Aims] This study aims to screen out homemade seed coating formulation with high efficacy against Rhizoctonia solani to promote seed germination and seedling growth.[Methods] The laboratory plate growth rate methodin vitro,indoor seed coating method and field plot test were adopted.[Results] Among 20 kinds of homemade seed coating formulations,M1,M11,M13,M14,M17 had better effect to R.solani,their EC5o values were 79.4,130.2,470.2,350.4,152.9 mg/L,respectively.The cotton seed coated with M1 indicated the highest seed vigor,the germination potential and germination rate,root shoot ratio,all increased by 5.08,3.62,28.89%;compared to CK1 (commercially available) and increased by 24.63,26.13,68.59% compared with CK2 (without coating),and the control effect amounted to 72.75%,higher than CK1 (commercially available) by 6.58%;followed by M11,germination potential,germination rate,shoot CK1 (commercially available) had no significant difference,compared with CK2 (without coating).[Conclusions] M1 seed coating formulation has the best inhibitory effect on R.solani,no inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth,good safety and high control efficacy,followed by M11 seed coating formulation.
