Synthesis method of 2-amino-3,5-dichloro-N-methylbenzamide
[Aims]This study aims to explore a new synthesis route of tetrachloroamilamide intermediate 2-amino-3,5-dichloro-N-methylbenzamide.[Methods]2-Amino-3,5-dichloro-N-methylbenzamide was synthesized from methyl 2-aminobenzoate by chlorination and amidation.[Results]The product was verified by nuclear magnetism and further synthesis of tetraclofenilamide,with purity of 98%and total yield of 92.7%.[Conclusions]The method has characteristics of simple process,cheap raw materials,less waste and high yield,which is suitable for industrial production.
