Determination of ZJ0712 and benzovindiflupyr residues in cucumber by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry
[Aims]This study aims to establish an analytical method for determination of ZJ0712 and benzovindiflupyr residues in cucumber by QuEChERS pretreatment combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).[Methods]The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified with a QuEChERS pretreatment, separated with DB-1701 chromatographic column, and quantitatively analyzed by matrix matching curve internal standard method.Massspectrum condition was optimized, including quantitative ion pairs, confirming ion pairs and collision energy.[Results]The two fungicides had good linear relationship in the range of 5-500 μg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.9996 and 0.9979.The average recoveries were 73.7%to 85.0%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=7)were 5.7%-7.2%,and the limits of quantitation of the two fungicides in the cucumber matrices were 0.002 02 and 0.001 76 mg/kg.The matrix effects of the two fungicides in the cucumber matrices were enhanced.[Conclusions]This method is rapid, simple and sensitive, and is suitable for simultaneously detection of residues of ZJ0712 and benzovindiflupyr in cucumbers.
