Residue determination of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin in potato and Stropharia rugosoannulata using modified QuEChERS and HPLC-MS/MS
[Aims]This study amis to investigate pesticide residues and dietary safety in potato and Stropharia rugosoannulata after sequential application of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin under intercropping of potatoes and S.rugosoannulata.[Methods]In accordance with the experimental specification of pesticide residue, the field pesticide residue tests of fluopicolide·propamocarb 687.5 g/L suspension concentrate and oxathiapiprolin 10%dispersible suspension in potato and S.rugosoannulata were carried out in the main potato producing areas of Zhaotong City.A method of QuEChERS pre-treatment and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for the rapid determination of the pesticide residues of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin in potato and S.rugosoannulata, the test results were compared with the current maximum limit of pesticide residues in China.[Results]In the range of 0.01 to 1.00 mg/kg,propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin in potato and S.rugosoannulata were linear, with good correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.99.Under the supplemental level ranging from 0.05 to 0.2 mg/kg,the average recoveries of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin ranged from 78%to 100%in potato and from 78%to 102%in S.rugosoannulata.The RSDs were both less than 15%.After the experiments, residues of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin in the final potato samples were all lower than the MRLS in China, and residues of fluopicolide, propamocarb and oxathiapiprolin in the samples of S.rugosoannulata were all below 0.05 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The dietary risk on potato and S.rugosoannulata was low in the field of potato intercropping with S.rugosoannulata, under the condition of repeated application of the maximum recommended dosage of fluopicolide·propamocarb 687.5 g/L suspension concentrate and oxathiapiprolin 10%dispersible suspension for 2 to 3 times, with PHI of 7 d.
