Field efficacy trials of propiconazol·azoxystrobin 1%granule against Rhizoctonia solani
[Aims]This study aims to determine the control effect of propiconazol·azoxystrobin 1%granule(GR)on the blight of capsicum,to screen out the best field control dose, and to test the safety of capsicum seeds.[Methods]Field efficacy trials were conducted according to the'Quality Management Standard for Pesticide Registration Trials'and the'Guidelines for Pesticide Field Efficacy Trials(I):Fungicide Seed Treatment for Control of seedling Diseases'.[Results]When the dosage of propiconazol·azoxystrobin 1%granule was 600,800,1000 g/m3,the control effect was 76.21%、81.13%and 85.58%,respectively,which was higher than that of control agents, and safe for seeds and seedlings of capsicum and surrounding crops.[Conclusions]Using the formulation of propiconazol·azoxystrobin 1%granule to mix the matrix once at the dosage of 600-1000 g/m3 can effectively prevent and control the blight of capsicum, and has good safety for the seeds, seedlings and surrounding crops of capsicum.
