[目的]蓝莓叶斑病是蓝莓生产中的一种常发病害,造成严重损失,本文目的在于为探讨复配剂75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG用于防治蓝莓叶斑病的可行性.[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法进行室内生物活性测定,通过随机区组设计进行田间药效试验.[结果[75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG对蓝莓叶斑病病原菌的EC50为0.1498 mg/L,小于40%苯醚甲环唑SC和25%戊唑醇EC的EC50.75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG 270~450 g a.i./hm2对蓝莓叶斑病的防治效果好,药后7、14 d,田间防效均在80%以上,均高于对照药剂的防效.[结论]75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG对蓝莓树安全,可以在生产上推广使用.
Bioactivity and field control efficacy of trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WG against blueberry leaf spot
[Aims]Blueberry leaf spot is a common disease in blueberry production,which can cause serious losses.This study aims to explore the feasibility of using trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WG to control blueberry leaf spot disease.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used for laboratory bioassay,and the field efficacy trial was carried out by random block design.[Results]The results show that the EC50 of trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WG against the pathogen of blueberry leaf spot was 0.1498 mg/L,which was less than the EC50 of difenoconazole 40%SC and tebuconazole 25%EC.Trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WG had good control effect on blueberry leaf spot at 270-450 g a.i./ha,with control efficacy more than 80%on day 7 and 14 after application,which was higher than that of the standard product control.[Conclusions]Trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WG is safe for blueberry trees and can be promoted for use in production.
