2种双酰胺类杀虫剂对东方黏虫的室内生物活性测定及田间防效

[目的]为有效防控重要农业害虫东方黏虫(Mythimna separata),筛选适用农药及适用剂量,指导田间科学用药.[方法]在室内采用表面涂抹法用不同稀释倍数的2种酰胺类杀虫剂溴虫氟苯双酰胺与四唑虫酰胺对东方黏虫3龄幼虫进行生物活性测定,在室外采用喷雾法评价溴虫氟苯双酰胺与四唑虫酰胺对东方黏虫3龄幼虫的田间防效.[结果]室内生物活性测定表明:溴虫氟苯双酰胺处理24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为0.312、0.161、0.137 mg/L,四唑虫酰胺处理24、48、72 h的LC5.值分别为2.224、1.310、0.871 mg/L.溴虫氟苯双酰胺对东方黏虫的生物活性优于四唑虫酰胺.田间药效试验表明:溴虫氟苯双酰胺、四唑虫酰胺在用量29.25、45.00 g a.i./hm2水平下,药后1 d防效为71.34%、60.55%;药后7 d防效为100%、92.86%.[结论]溴虫氟苯双酰胺具有较好的速效性,可以用作应急防治东方黏虫幼虫的推荐药剂.四唑虫酰胺发挥作用较为缓慢,随着时间增加死亡率升高.
Laboratory bioactivity and field control effect of two dicamide insecticides to Mythimna separata
[Aims]Suitable pesticides with the appropriate dosages were screened to drive the scientific use of pesticides in the field for the effective control of Mythimna separata,a significant agricultural pest.[Methods]To determine the biological activity of the 3rd instar larvae of the oriental armyworm,the amide insecticides broflanilide and tetraniliprole were used with different dilution ratios by using the surface coating method indoors.In addition,the field control effect of broflanilide and tetraniliprole on the 3rd instar larvae of the oriental armyworm was determined by using the spray method outdoors.[Results]The laboratory bioactivity assay showed that the LC50 values of broflanilide treatment at 24,48 and 72 h were 0.312,0.161 and 0.137 mg/L,respectively,and the LC50 values of tetraniliprole treatment at 24,48 and 72 h were 2.224,1.310 and 0.871 mg/L,respectively.The biological activity of broflanilide against oriental armyworm was better than that of tetraniliprole.The field efficacy test showed that the control efficacy of broflanilide and tetraniliprole were 71.34%and 60.55%with active ingredient of 29.25 and 45.00 g a.i./ha,respectively.On day 7 after treatment,the prevention effect reached to 100%and 92.86%,respectively.[Conclusions]The virulence of broflanilide is quick-acting and can be used as a recommended agent for emergency control of oriental armyworm larvae.The virulence of tetraniliprole was relatively slow,and the mortality rate increased as time prolongs.
