20%氟氯虫双酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂的配方研究与开发

[目的]开发氟氯虫双酰胺的制剂产品,用甲氧虫酰肼与之复配,制备20%氟氯虫双酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂.[方法]试验首先对单一表面活性剂进行筛选,得出初步结果,然后通过正交优化试验确定最优用量.[结果]获得20%氟氯虫双酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼SC的最优配方:氟氯虫双酰胺8%,甲氧虫酰肼12%,G-5000 1%,1287 3%,X0601%,消泡剂AF.S-T050 0.5%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.7%,黄原胶0.16%,甘油4%,水补足至100%.最终检测悬浮剂各项指标均合格且符合国家标准.通过动态接触角测得该悬浮剂在玉米叶片上具有良好的铺展性,同时室内外防治甜菜夜蛾的效果均达到90%以上.[结论]20%氟氯虫双酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂配方开发中,复合使用嵌段聚醚类分散剂G-5000和磷酸酯类分散剂1287,可以使配方更加稳定.同时加入润湿剂X060可以很好的降低表面张力提高制剂的展着性.
Reaserch and development on formula of fluchlordiniliprole· methoxyfenozide 20%SC
[Aims]In order to develop formulation products of fluchlordiniliprole,methoxyfenozide was mixed with it to prepare fluchlordiniliprole·methoxyfenozide 20%SC.[Methods]Screening of single surfactant led to the preliminary results,and then the optimal dosage was determined by orthogonal optimization experiment.[Results]The optimal formulation of fluchlordiniliprole·methoxyfenozide 20%SC:fluchlordiniliprole 8%,methoxyfenozide 12%,G-5000 1%,1287 3%,X060 1%,defoamer AF.S-T050 0.5%,magnesium aluminum silicate 0.7%,xanthan gum 0.16%,glycerin 4%and finally replenished to 100%with water.All the indicators of the suspension concentrate were qualified and meet the national standards.The dynamic contact angle test showed that the formulation had a good spreading property on maize leaves,and the control effect of indoor and outdoor against Spodoptera exigua Hiibner reached more than 90%.[Conclusions]In the research of fluchlordiniliprole·methoxyfenozide 20%SC,the combination of polymer block polyether dispersant G-5000 and phosphate ester dispersant 1287 can make the formulation more stable,and addition of wetting agent X060 can reduce the surface tension and improve the extensibility of the formulation.
